- 12 oz. ground lamb
- 1 tbsp. dried rosemary
- 2 oz. goat cheese
- 12 oz. spinach
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Season the lamb with salt, pepper and dried rosemary. Form two, flattened patties and grill or fry until cooked throughout
- Cook spinach in an oiled pan until wilted, then add sour cream. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Add an ounce of goat cheese onto each burger and serve with creamed spinach.
